Now that Adam and I have finally settled into our new home, I need to take the time to thank you most sincerely for making our home buying process a reality. I would like to say how thoroughly impressed, appreciative, and relieved I was to have worked with you in purchasing our recent home.

 

I came to you with high regards and referral from a realtor in Cottage Grove at the HomeTeam. Having worked with him in the past, I highly trusted his judgement, professionalism, and recommendation. When I began working with you, I was recovering from a recent divorce in which mental illness/bipolar, extenuating financial issues, and my own emotional health as a single mom were all key factors. I am at a loss for words to describe how swept away I was by your ambition, dedication, and interest in me as a person, keeping in mind what my individual circumstances, wishes, and limits were. You didn’t put any limits on my contact with you, you took your time aside from the office to answer questions, follow up with me when you noticed rates were in my favor, and went the extra mile to make sure I was a satisfied, taken care of, and pleased customer and individual.

 

I especially want to thank you, not only for the service and care you provided, but also the patience and genuineness you showed as my “situation” became much more complex. I realized then, and I appreciate much more now, how ‘against all odds’ things really were. Not only was I selling a home and trying to get financed for another one, I was also reacting to financially induced stress related to my ex-husband’s collection agency and bankruptcy which unfortunately complicated my credit, the process of getting financed, and the level of energy, resources, and time you had to provide to help me.

 

Your personal approach, kind manner, and genuineness has made lasting impressions. I strongly recommend you to those I come in contact with, and will look forward to working with you again in 5-7 years when I make my next step.
