Phil Olson is a mortgage man that works with you individually. He learns of your situation and does his damndest to do whats the best for you! In this time of a lot of bad news for homeowners Phil is honest and tells you straight up how it is! Of course Phil wants to write a loan for you! but, if it isn't in your best interest he will guide you in a way that is right for you. In my case Phil ( out of the goodness of his heart) helped me write a " Hardship letter" to my current mortgage and saved my rate from adjusting being in a 3 year arm.
